This weekend is the Grooming Seminar in Tampa. For those of you going it should be fun...for those of you who want to go and haven't let anyone know you're cutting it close (sigh...I wish the pun was not intended). It's been a while since I made un update. I have removed a couple of pages that were not used, have responded to a couple of curious people looking for a Scotty - it's great to know there are fans of the breed out there! I can't believe I just called them "curious people"...I meant, of course, regular people that were showing some curiousity.

Boldwyn Scottish Terriers have four wheaten's that are growing up fast! A few pictures of them while they are still small have been added. We now have photos at 10 weeks and 13 weeks. They now look like Scotties!
DJ is my little dog. As we're kind of sparse on content I added "Adventures of DJ". These are nothing more than a few photos I had lying around and some extra ones that I took on a walk recently. As you can tell the walk was more of a Lizard hunt which is appears to be fun for a terrier who manages to show almost infinite patience in waiting and hunting for them.....I wish this was the case with training ! :-) So anyway, the walk was more of a "hunt" but it was a beautiful day down in Florida ...

The Scottish Terrier Club has More Announcements!!
So what's been happening. I haven't been busy doing nothing - but I've been making minor tweaks here and there. I've added FORMS. I've added an admin e-mail for me to keep up to date with things. You can contact me at admin@stctb.org
More importantly I've undertaken two important activities.
- I've created a brief "instruction" booklet for distribution to the club members. In case it's not obvious, I'm looking for content. If you are in the club, expect to receive this from Laurie soon

Welcome to our NEW site!
Welcome to the Scottish Terrier Club of Tampa Bay website. We're going to experiment with a slightly more community based website which encourages participation from members and non members. Obviously, terriers, and Scottish Terriers, in particular, are not for everyone - and interest is from a select and intelligent group of dog lovers so don't expect a daily blog - or a high volume forum. That being said, the forum will allow questions and responses to be shared and queries to be made.
